I have been going to Ebberston to do crafts every week for a few years now and I love it. I have tried willow weaving, stained glass, wet felting, needle felting, mosaics, upholstery, and sewing. It's a very exciting creative and friendly space whilst also being a calming environment in which to express yourself through all sorts of different media. The tutors are very talented, supportive and friendly people always helping you to achieve your goals and full potential. As you can tell I am a big fan! Give it a go, you won't be disappointed

Hi folks, I did the 'intro into crochet and beyond' last Saturday, what a fantastic day it was. I learnt so much from Emma who is a fantastic teacher and very patient. There was such a friendly atmosphere amidst all the 'concentrating' and I would do it all again to learn even more crochet stitches and techniques. Thanks for a great day Emma x

A great Saturday workshop. Our tutor, Carol, is very aware of each individual participants needs and is very encouraging. I made two small hedgehogs to join the large one I made last year. The Studios had a good buzz with the crotchet workshop also going on upstairs. I will certainly return to some of the other wire sculpture workshops in future.

Had a lovely 5 hours being taught the basics of crochet. Emma is very informative and has the ability to show everyone how to get to grips with this craft. I've come away knowing how to do all different types of row work and the know how if how to increase and decrease. This is the first time I've been back to the studios since it's had a complete make over which is beautiful. Thank you Emma I'll send a picture of work once completed.

I've been attending Ali's upholstery classes for over a year now. With Ali's excellent tuition and professional eye, I have reupholstered several pieces of furniture including a number of chairs, a footstool and my current ongoing project, a chaise longue. With every student working on their own piece of furniture, you see a wide range of skills being taught and developed which can only inspire a student to want to do more!!! It also highlights how knowledgeable the tutor is. Highly recommended.”
