Sewing classes with Michelle cover all levels of sewing skills, from the absolute beginner to the more skilled sewer needing assistance to perfect their craft. The sewing classes consist of a mixed group of abilities,  each working on their own personal projects at their own speed.  Popular sewing projects include roman blinds, curtains & cushions. Patchwork & quilting,  dressmaking & alterations and everything in-between.

Michelle studied fashion and textiles at Nottingham Trent University. Working in the UK and overseas as a Wardrobe Mistress and Costume Maker, before becoming the in-house sewing and soft furnishings tutor here at Ebberston Studios. Michelle has over 12 years of teaching experience. Sewing classes are on alternate weeks and every Monday. She also puts on monthly Saturday sewing workshops, including charity sewing events. Whether you are an absolute beginner or just need professional advice, Michelle is there to offer assistance and guide you patiently through your project.
