6 Week Mosaic Course – Introduction & Beyond – Week 1
£210 for the 6 Week Course
Join Sheila Downing for a 6 week evening Mosaic Course this summer.
You will spend three weeks learning different techniques to make a choice of a small mosaic, followed by three weeks on a bigger project, using your preferred mosaic method.
Expect to create three very different smaller mosaics and one larger piece to take home by the end of the course.
Week 1: small mosaic hanging, using the direct method. (Glue)
Week 2: free standing mosaic made with china crockery, using the direct method. (Tile adhesive)
Week 3: coaster using indirect method.
Week 4-6: larger project using any one of the three techniques learnt, to create a larger mosaic.
All material, substrates, tools, PPE, tuition, advice and help, all included.
