Biography:
Jean Harlow lives locally and is a Fine Artist, Botanical Artist and painter of natural history subjects. She uses traditional media of oils and watercolours together with pencils to depict detailed studies. She then develops these into a fusion of abstraction and representation to create work with a natural or scientific theme. She has been a tutor for 'Introduction to silk painting', 'Wildlife and Pet portraiture' in the past and has developed a new 'Introduction to Botanical Art.
